Our Story

It all started when Tim Craver, U.S. Army Green Beret, and his wife Stacy, also a Army veteran, founded Green-Eyed Farms. Tim has always wanted to raise cattle, and in 2017, when 46 acres of farm land was for sale next to his parent’s 16 acres, Tim and Stacy seized the opportunity, and Green-Eyed Farms was established. Together with his parents, Tim and Virginia, the Green-Eyed family is working hard to improve the land and offer a healthier, tastier option to the Fayetteville/Ft. Bragg area.

Green Eyed-Farms is a 66-acre, veteran owned, family farm located in Lumber Bridge, North Carolina using regenerative agriculture and intensive grazing practices to improve the health of the soil and animals.

Green-Eyed Farms’s mission is to use sustainable and regenerative farming practices to meet the growing demand for grass-fed beef and pork in Fayetteville/Ft. Bragg area. These health, fitness, and military oriented towns provide ample opportunity for the growth of Green-Eyed Farms for decades to come. Tim and his family are working hard everyday to produce healthy, delicious grass-fed beef and pork for their community!
